Clearer contracts, honest checks, and release gates that protect every artifact.

1. Artifact briefs: New work locks its template, format, and page or length target before layout.
2. Backward compatibility: Older content files remain valid while new work gains structured briefs.
3. Repair boundaries: Visual fixes and image briefs preserve accepted work before any revision.
4. Deck discovery: MCP now exposes editable PPTX and Marp, with Korean using the CJK path.
5. Honest diagnostics: Doctor and MCP separate capabilities, contract, coverage, and review.
6. Conservative coverage: Hidden content and remote lookalikes cannot prove facts or required assets.
7. Safe rendering: Failed PDF builds preserve the last good output instead of replacing it.
8. Release integrity: Publishing verifies the exact SHA and compares every tracked ZIP entry.
