  1. Health: Audits now separate verifier-backed failures from informational repository signals, keeping findings tied to evidence the project can reproduce.
  2. Check: Reviews now verify dependency updates through regenerated lockfiles and package reachability, freeze issue and PR queues by exact ID and count, and confirm a named service account immediately before remote writes.
  3. Write: Release notes now follow the exact shipped artifact and distinct user outcomes, while prose review catches internal vocabulary, canned aphorism closers, reader labels, and invented ghostwriting experience.
