1. Clarity: An optional persistent rule brings the same clear-writing principles to everyday replies, installed with one command for Claude Code, Codex, or Antigravity.
2. Learn: Explanations choose prose, diagrams, interactive examples, or animation by what the reader needs to understand, keeping the same facts and uncertainty in every format.
3. Write: Drafting asks the author for surprising material instead of padding with points readers already know, and copy edits catch residue left by batch changes such as stray punctuation and dropped menu names.
4. Health: Audits cover global MCP servers and hooks without launching anything, parse every hook command, and report broken skill links instead of skipping them.
5. Check: Ship mode combines the commit, release, and reply steps one request authorizes, and the skill now states goals and lessons instead of fixed routes.
6. README: Now available in Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, and French.

1. Clarity：新增可选的常驻规则，把同一套清晰表达原则用到日常回复，一条命令装到 Claude Code、Codex 或 Antigravity。
2. Learn：讲解会按读者要理解的问题选文字、图示、交互示例或动画，不同形式里的事实和不确定性保持一致。
3. Write：起草时向作者要读者意想不到的素材，不再用大家都知道的观点凑篇幅，改稿也会查出批量修改留下的多余标点和丢掉的菜单名。
4. Health：体检覆盖全局 MCP 和 hooks 且不启动任何程序，解析每条 hook 命令，失效的技能链接会报出来而不是跳过。
5. Check：发布模式按一次授权合并提交、发版和回复的步骤，技能正文改为给目标和经验，不再规定固定路径。
