Twiki publishes Obsidian-compatible Markdown vaults to Cloudflare Workers or static hosts using the twiki CLI.

Requires Bun 1.4+ and Node 22.12+. Wisconsin's 1,792 retained non-content commits are preserved, with an audited original-to-replayed commit map in docs/history/.

The release workflow validates the CLI, engine, both hosting targets, and a fresh installation of the exact npm tarball before publishing that artifact through npm OIDC with provenance. No npm token secret is used.

Wisconsin validation preserved all 1,662 page JSON files byte for byte and passed all content checks. The high/critical dependency audit gate passes; remaining low/moderate upstream advisories are recorded in the release documentation.
