• Fixed notification buttons acting on the wrong call when notifications for
  more than one call were posted at the same time. With two incoming calls
  ringing, "Answer" or "Decline" on the first call's notification acted on the
  second call, while the notification still showed the first caller. The
  hang-up button on concurrent active or outgoing calls was affected the same
  way. Each call's notification now carries its own PendingIntents.
