openkakao-bot 1.8.0

First GitHub release of the private KakaoTalk macOS auto-reply agent.

Tag v1.8.0 matches Cargo.toml. Assets include the darwin-arm64 CLI binary, SHA-256 sums, and openkakao-bot-release-evidence-v1.json (source SHA + asset digest). Local KakaoTalk DBs and vector DBs are not in this repository.

Release workflow: .github/workflows/release.yml (tag-bound build, checksum evidence, immutable-release verify).
