Highlights
Tzudong 1.2.4 is a release-hygiene cut from current main. It restores the last deployable Next 16.2.11 lockfile, shortens the public README, and keeps GitHub Deployments limited to live-app Production/Preview.
Fixed
- Restored the last Vercel-passing web runtime after the Next 16.3 Dependabot bump broke Production and Preview webpack builds.
- Shortened README live-app and latest-release labels and dropped the long recovery-candidate copy.
- Removed unused GitHub Actions environment bindings so Deployments no longer mix crawler, database, KPI, or hosted-migration rows with the live app.

- Serialized promotion through
develop -> data -> main. - Future local nightlies publish as
v1.2.4-nightly.<run>.g<sha>prereleases. - This source release does not claim hosted apply, legal compliance, or production certification.
