I work with datasets I'm not allowed to upload to external services. Can raix run fully locally? |

No, a cloud API is not required. raix ships providers for fully local inference - Ollama, LM Studio and vLLM. If you pick one of those during Cloud providers (OpenAI, Groq, Mistral, ...) are optional alternatives, not a requirement - useful when you want a bigger model than your hardware can run. |

No, a cloud API is not required. raix ships providers for fully local inference - Ollama, LM Studio and vLLM. If you pick one of those during
raix_setup(), the model runs on your own machine and your prompts, generated R code and data never leave it.Cloud providers (OpenAI, Groq, Mistral, ...) are optional alternatives, not a requirement - useful when you want a bigger model than your hardware can run.
