OpenHarvey v0.1.0 — Initial preview (superseded by v0.1.1)

Initial public preview of OpenHarvey, an independent AI workbench for contract and tender documents. Includes source-linked review, configurable Skills and fictional risk playbooks, flexible deliverables, native OpenCode integration, E2B sandbox support and a bilingual Chinese/English website. The application UI is primarily Chinese; full English localization and English-task evaluation are pending. Local validation: fresh dependency installation, CLI administrator provisioning/login, fictional sample workspace, 187 backend tests and 52 frontend tests passed. Gitleaks found no secrets in the initial commit. These checks do not establish real-model accuracy or independent security certification.
