OpenHarvey v0.1.1 — Public preview

Public preview of the open-source contract and tender workbench. Includes source-linked review, configurable Skills and fictional playbooks, flexible deliverables, OpenCode integration, E2B sandbox support and Chinese/English website pages. This version fixes sandbox lease renewal when a fresh Linux host has a low monotonic uptime. Verified: GitHub Actions on the release commit passed all 187 Python tests and 52 frontend tests; clean local install, CLI admin login and fictional sample workspace passed; Gitleaks found no secrets. Website desktop/mobile checks passed. The workspace UI remains primarily Chinese. Full English localization, English-contract quality, independent security audit and real-model end-to-end release validation are not claimed. AGPL-3.0-only. No private contracts, account databases, credentials, internal playbooks or original development history are included. See README and docs/deployment.md for setup and data boundaries.
