Requirements

• Minecraft 1.20.1+
• Fabric Loader 0.16.10 or newer
• Fabric API
• Java 17 or newer

Installing

Put the mod jar in the mods folder of BOTH the client and the server. Collision is calculated on both sides, so a client without the mod will rubber-band on a server that has it.

Lithium

Lithium rewrites entity collision and ignores display hitboxes, which causes jittery or missing collision.

If Lithium is installed, it will automatically set that option for you and prompt for a restart on first launch.

The fix is to disable Lithium's entity collision rewrite. Add this to config/lithium.properties:

mixin.entity.collisions=false

and restart the game. The rest of Lithium can stay enabled.

Animated Java

Models exported by Animated Java work as normal displays and get hitboxes and collision.
