LidMic v0.2.0

Download lidmic-0.2.0.zip, unzip it, and open LidMic — Auto Switch Mic.shortcut. Run the shortcut and choose Enable.

• Faster switching using lid and audio-device notifications, with a 10-second fallback.
• Clearer shortcut name and shorter messages.
• Fixed the menu selection error.
• Disable and Uninstall now explain that the current microphone stays selected.

To remove LidMic, choose Uninstall before deleting the shortcut. Change your input in System Settings → Sound if needed.

Preview: signed for Shortcuts sharing; the helper is not notarized. Older macOS versions and physical Intel Macs still need testing. Build and validation notes.

LidMic v0.1.0

Download lidmic-0.1.0.zip, unzip it, and open LidMic.shortcut to import it into Apple Shortcuts. Run it and choose Enable. No separate installer or developer tools needed.

Bluetooth microphones take priority. Otherwise, lid closed uses the iPhone Continuity microphone; lid open uses the MacBook microphone.

Preview limitations: the shortcut is signed for sharing; the helper is not Developer ID signed or notarized. First-run import, older macOS versions, and physical Intel Macs still need testing. See validation notes.
