Fixed

  • Align choose_port socket flags with asyncio on Windows. On Windows, SO_REUSEADDR allows probing sockets to bind over active listeners, reporting occupied ports as free and causing asyncio.create_server to crash with address in use. choose_port now applies SO_REUSEADDR only on POSIX (os.name == 'posix'), matching asyncio's standard library implementation.
