Fixed

  • benchmark runner 用 sys.executable 替代 shutil.which("python3")（Windows 兼容）
  • review gate 只在有运行时代码变更时触发（doc-only 不拦截）
  • 更新所有 eval benchmark 断言适配 add-tests gate + review gate 新逻辑
