Tylina for DSH 0.4.22

Tylina 0.4.5 integration update.

• Updated shared Web editor assets with nested and multi-paragraph edit animations, automatic page reveal and History review.
• Native bundles use the six-platform 0.4.5 runtimes; the integration reuses tylina-sdk 0.4.6.
• Install or update without pinning a version:

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-tylina
dsh plugin --profile web update dsh-tylina@latest

Use dsh-tylina-native for the native runtime variant. Restart a running Harness after updating.
