Package Not Found bug in Typst Universe

UPDATE: This seems to have resolved itself, I'm letting the issue open for you guys to decide if it is worth investigating or not :)

Description

Though my package was published and accessible early this morning, the package is still findable with search, but now its package page (https://typst.app/universe/package/neural-netz) is broken, showing package not found. It seems to be searching for version 0.0.0 even though the package first release is 0.1.0. 🤔

I think what happens is that on the first day a package addition/update is synced with Typst Universe, its dedicated universe page briefly appears before disappearing again, giving this 404 Error. However after a few hours, the issue always resolves itself and the new package/update is properly displayed. I was in fact able to reproduce this when publishing an update for my package and checking its page in Universe regularly the following day.

It's a weird behaviour but I guess it doesn't really impact the publication flow in the long run.
