Lectic 0.3.1: reliable onboarding, reuse, and sharing

Lectic 0.3.1 makes the save → apply → reuse → update → share workflow easier to try and safer to trust. This remains an alpha.

• Start with one assistant setup request and an offline Debugging Starter that saves two clearly labeled teaching examples using the same cited procedures.
• Save straight to Inbox; failed imports retain their originals and can be retried safely.
• Preserve previous knowledge and results across updates, including changed interpretations of identical sources.
• Verify new signed packs with Ed25519, keep credentials out of knowledge exports, and check actual recipient download bytes before reporting publication success.
• Use the updated README, mobile-friendly website, and real starter catalog for current setup instructions and supported inputs.

Python 3.10+ is supported. Upgrade with python -m pip install --upgrade lectic, then restart your connected assistant.

The publishing workflow passed the full test suite and checked both the built wheel and source distribution from outside the checkout. The authored starter and evidence checks do not establish comparative effectiveness; real-user evaluation remains outstanding.
