Fixes a plugin load failure on Obsidian 1.7.2 and later.

getLeavesOfType("markdown") also returns tabs that were never opened in the current session. Those hold a deferred view stub rather than a MarkdownView, so view.addAction threw during onload and the plugin failed to load entirely. Deferred views are now skipped; the button is added when such a tab is opened.
