New:
-Added a whole new standalone Notes feature. It is a freeform spot for anything that doesn't fit the other trackers. Off by default, up to 370 characters per entry, multiple entries per day. The Home tile only shows "Last entry: [date]," never the actual note for privacy.
Fixes:
-Fixed the scrolling bug in the Notes text box (in Mood) where the scrollbar showed up but swiping didn't actually work. Also added auto-scroll so long entries keep the cursor in view as you type.
-Tweaked the splash screen (the black screen you see for a split second when opening the app) to match the snappier, icon-free style other LightOS tools use.
