Addresses agent drift reported by users (ad-hoc templates, dimensions/methodology diverging from the engine): AGENTS.md + all SKILL.md now carry Non-Negotiables (no analysis without a Path Sheet, no numbers without a doc+section citation, no report outside dev/templates/, no delivery without a QA Verdict, no invented dimensions); 9 per-path execution contracts in engine/path-playbooks/ define each active path's procedure, vocabulary, outputs, templates, gates and drift blacklist, verified against the registry by a new consistency gate; QA gained four process-compliance checks (template/citation/dimension/chain) with a hard no-verdict-no-delivery mandate; templates/index.yaml is machine-generated and drift-guarded; the fixed-income skill now refuses analysis without a Path Sheet (knowledge questions exempt). 255 tests passing.
