Release all pretrained models on CIFAR10

All .pt files are from https://rutgers.box.com/shared/static/gkw08ecs797j2et1ksmbg1w5t3idf5r5.zip. They are all pretrained models for their respective architectures and are not my work. I made this release to make it easier to download these pretrained models using torch.hub.load.
