Firefox has a problem with webbundle and webtransport

When the DNR rule has them (or one converted on the fly from $all):

Error: Type error for parameter options (Error processing addRules.0.condition.resourceTypes.2: Invalid enumeration value "webtransport") for declarativeNetRequest.updateDynamicRules.

Although this doesn't seem to be a problem until you subscribe remote list with any $all/$[...],all at which point you're left with a broken "custom DNR" tab (until the list is deleted (so as not to clear it from the dnr rules editor)).

With a simple search, results are matched only #698 the comment description, due to $all.

It’s perhaps a bit too big, as it generates 249 dynamic rules.

I get 248 rules out of ~24K filters, surely that's not "too big", the allowed number of dynamic rules is 30K -- uBOL itself uses only ~150 with default lists.
