##+js(nobab) breaks cloudflare check

Yes, that's why we moved to ##+js(nosiif, visibility, 1000).

I can fix this if I create a dedicated scriptlet for nobab, which is currently a web_accessible_resources. Being scriptlet based allows to use existing helpers to properly cloak trapped eval and setTimeout, which prevents breakage. I scanned the stock lists an I don't see any instance of redirect=nobab.js, so maybe we can just outright remove nobab.js as a web_accessible_resources and convert it to a proper scriptlet.

We use nobab2 for redirect, so there's no need for nobab being WAR. I think 99% of nobab filters are anyway obsolete, but the suggested change will fix these issues where those filters are still applied.
