The entrypoint printed the connection string with localhost before
tunnels were established. Friends pasting it got localhost:3000 which
doesn't work remotely. Now waits up to 30s for Cloudflare/localtunnel
URLs, then prints a second "Remote access" block with a proper
connection string using tunnel hostnames and port 443.

Also:
- Move Firefox policies from Dockerfile heredoc to COPY file
  (fixes BuildKit parse error on %H:%M format strings)
- Verified on foxtrot.rmbk.me: both API and VNC tunnels reachable,
  connection string decodes correctly with tunnel hosts
