This is the first release published to PyPI. The distribution is now called qcore-utils, but the import name is still qcore (#361).

Breaking changes

• Install with pip install qcore-utils instead of the old qcore package name (#361).
• The package version now comes from git tags. Python is limited to >=3.11,<3.14 (#361).
