Fixes 0.15.0: every filled button (Send, Follow my clicks, Start 10 minutes, Build, Sign in) lost its fill under the mouse because the hover token defined itself. New npm run verify:states measures every control under the mouse, every text node and every token across the app and the site, so this class of error fails a check. Two stale sentences on the site fixed.

Windows 10/11 x64, unsigned; verify the SHA-256 in SHA256SUMS.txt. Full notes in CHANGELOG.md.
