What's new in 1.3.0

Compress PDF

Make big PDFs small enough for email and upload forms, often 70 to 90% smaller.

• Three levels: Light (best for printing), Recommended (sharp on screen and in print) and Strong (smallest file).
• Text stays sharp and selectable. Only images are resized, so the layout never changes.
• Your original is safe. You see the size before and after, then save a compressed copy.
• Password-protected PDFs stay protected in the compressed copy.
• Works fully offline, like everything else in Sahifa PDF.

Find it on the Home screen (Compress PDF), in the Convert toolbar, or under File → Compress (Reduce File Size).

First launch

The apps are not code-signed yet, so your computer may warn you the first time:

• Windows: if you see "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway.
• Mac: unzip, move Sahifa PDF to Applications, then right-click it and choose Open. If macOS still blocks it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
