🚀 GPU Acceleration & Advanced Reading Controls

This release brings significant performance improvements to the TTS engine and adds powerful new controls to the PDF reader.

GPU Support for Kokoro TTS: The backend now auto-detects and utilizes hardware acceleration for faster synthesis.
- NVIDIA: CUDA support.
- Intel: OpenVINO support for Intel Arc GPUs and NPUs.
- Fallback: Gracefully falls back to OpenVINO CPU or standard CPU if no hardware is found.
Selective Reading: Highlight any specific text in the PDF or sidebar to read just that selection.
"Continue From Here": Right-click (or use context menu) on any sentence to start playback from that specific point.
Batch Synthesis: New /v1/batch_synthesize endpoint allows merging multiple sentences into a single smooth audio stream, reducing playback gaps.

Mobile UI: Resolved overlapping issues with component labels and header buttons on smaller screens.
PDF Viewer: Fixed issues where the PDF frame was not resizing correctly or fitting the container width.
