Bump runtime dependents for this release

Because this release includes @platejs/core and @platejs/suggestion, it should also include the runtime-dependent bumps produced by the release workflow: .github/workflows/release.yml runs prepare-release-changesets.mjs before pnpm ci:version, and that helper walks workspace runtime dependents. For these two packages the dependent set is @platejs/utils, platejs, and @platejs/ai, but this commit only versions core/suggestion, so existing users updating wrapper packages like platejs or @platejs/ai will not receive a new wrapper release that refreshes their locked core/suggestion dependency.
