Security fix for GHSA-vxc9-7f57-j9gx: ./.env in the current directory is no longer read. Settings come from the environment and ~/.config/semgrep/.env only. Breaking for per-project ./.env; load it explicitly with node --env-file=.env "$(command -v semgrep)" ....
