v0.2.1 — Portable Delta HMI Agent

Two isolated Delta HMI file MCP backends: DOP-B/DOPSoft2 and DOP-100/DIAScreen. Original code is Apache-2.0, with contributor patent grant and retained third-party notices.

Download universal-delta-hmi-agent-0.2.1-offline.zip for the complete portable package: both sources, pinned Python runtimes, dependency wheels and Windows/Linux bootstrap. See README for installation. No vendor IDE is required to run the file MCP.

• Exact source/archive audits: PASS, no open important findings.
• Full fresh Windows PowerShell5 offline installation from this exact source ZIP: PASS. Clean Linux installation and actual two-backend native-payload comparisons are recorded separately.
• Hosted Windows and Linux CI both PASS at commit 7de76ce31ba22c6c3ddd9bad31761d044f868245: verified workflow. Detailed counts and any platform skips are preserved in CI_RECEIPT.json.

This patch fixes Windows CI's short/long temporary-directory name mismatch. Both backend implementations, their assertions and their pinned runtime bundles are unchanged. The original hosted failure is retained in the reports; no failed test was hidden or disabled. The earlier0.2.0 dependency assets remain available because source bootstrap pins them by URL/hash.

Verify downloads using SHA256SUMS.txt, RELEASE_AUDIT.json, and each ZIP's embedded PACKAGE_MANIFEST.json. The smaller source ZIP requires the pinned backend bundle when installing.

Support is limited to the documented offline capabilities. Vendor compilation, native pixel fidelity, panel operation and unimplemented constructors are not claimed. Five job tools were verified for routing/persistence/cancellation and missing-review rejection; a completed independently-reviewed production job is not claimed.

• Five persistent-job routes verified for policy checks, restart identity, cancellation and missing-review rejection. This is not a completed reviewed production job.
• Final independent source, installed-flow and exact-archive audits: PASS; no open important findings.

Download universal-delta-hmi-agent-0.2.0-offline.zip for both backend sources, pinned Python runtimes, dependency wheels and offline Windows/Linux bootstrap. Python and a vendor IDE are not required to run the file MCP. Use -Offline on Windows. The smaller source ZIP requires the pinned backend bundle when installing.

Windows final build-helper changes received targeted execution with source preservation; the complete final installer was exercised on Linux.
