1.14.0.5470-9d51fdfaa-1 causing "Denying access to transcode of key" errors

It looks like the latest release makes the plexmediaserver unusable due to Denying access to transcode key errors. On the client side, on multiple platforms, the error is that the transcoder crashed.

Anyhow, reverting commit dc884fa and going back to 1.14.0.5468-5a0183d2c-1 seems to work.

Feel free to close if you believe this is an upstream issue in plex.
