compile_and_relink now does a glitch-free in-place hot-swap via the
new Driver::relink_song hook (Basic_Player::rebind + MD_Driver's
override of relink_song in upstream ctrmml). Chip state and live
channel state are preserved; notes currently sounding continue
without retriggering.
