ulams 0.2.0

Install the CLI from this release, then start a stack:

npm install -g https://github.com/ulams-dev/ulams/releases/download/cli-v0.2.0/ulams-0.2.0.tgz
ulams stack up

This release adds one-command Docker and Kubernetes installation for development and production, with persisted keys, matching images and academy provisioning. The public contact form is included.
