Update Hyprland Lua migration documentation

Summary

Update user-facing docs to explain the Hyprland 0.55+ Lua configuration layout and migration workflow.

Scope

• Replace hyprland.conf / hyprland.conf.d references in maintained docs.
• Update keybinding customization guidance for Lua modules.
• Update troubleshooting and reload instructions where needed.
• Document host rollout expectations: apply with chezmoi, validate Lua syntax where possible, then reload Hyprland.

Acceptance Criteria

• Maintained docs reference ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.lua as the primary config.
• Keybinding docs describe the new source of truth for keybinding help/customization.
• The migration is discoverable from the Hyprland setup guide.
• Outdated hyprlang examples are removed or clearly marked legacy.
