First Windows release for experimenting with Ruby execution flow in a lightweight IDE.

If Ruby is not recognized, verify that Ruby is installed and added to the system PATH.

Note: A minor initialization issue may occur during the first execution when the temporary file (temp.rb) is created dynamically.
This is related to file system synchronization during runtime startup.
