Bug Fixes

Apple CalDAV sync: Calendar events with a TZID parameter (e.g. from iOS Calendar) are now correctly converted to UTC instead of being treated as floating local time. This fixes wrong start times for events synced from iOS.
i18n: The fallback language for unsupported browser locales has been changed from German to English.
