Fixed

• The category manager no longer shows its title twice — the modal header already carries it, so the duplicate heading inside the dialog is gone.
• Contact category color tints no longer break when a category name contains spaces (e.g. one imported via CardDAV): the group's CSS class is now always a single valid token.
