• Health: the vitals and lab trend charts now have a labelled value axis, a dated time axis, exact values on hover, and a shaded area under single-value trends; each vital metric card also carries a mini sparkline of its recent trend.

Changed

• Health: medication adherence now reads "Nothing logged yet" instead of a discouraging "0 %" until the first dose is logged, the streak counter only appears once a streak has actually started, and the percentage is shown in neutral ink rather than the module accent.
• Health: the overview reflows as a masonry layout so short cards no longer leave an empty gap beside taller ones, the "due today" medication rows are more compact, and the low-stock refill chip wraps to its own line instead of breaking the stock text mid-line.
