Fixed

• The edit and delete buttons of a housekeeping task now carry their icons the moment the task is added from a suggestion. The list was redrawn without turning the icon placeholders into icons, which happened only on a tab switch, so the buttons stayed blank until the page was reloaded. Checking a task off, restoring it, deleting one and saving the edit dialog were affected the same way, as was marking a visit as paid on the reports tab (#668)
