• The round create button on the dashboard now answers a tap immediately. Pressing it and the plus turning into an X are two different movements, but they shared one animation: a 350ms curve that overshoots and springs back. That is right for the turn, where it acknowledges the change of state, and wrong for a press, which was left feeling spongy and bouncing past its own size on release. The press is now short and direct; the spring stays where it says something.
