Previously, mods using this hook would inevitably crash after about ~2 hours of gameplay before entering/after leaving a match due to the NRO forced non-lazy loading caused by the hook, which was assumed to be necessary for hooking. It seems hooking is fine even without this flag, so we now do not alter it. We also now log the BindFlag.
