0.10 release

This marks the complete rewrite of https://github.com/ultraflame4/clir in rust.

This release also features a better algorithm with a time complexity of O(n) for calculating the fore and back colours in the cell.
This version also compares uses rgba images in the computation instead of grayscale.

Results shows that there is a roughly ~4x increase in speed.
