[bug] .claude/sessions should not be submitted to repo

There are several session records stored in .claude/sessions. Since they are unrelated to the project's functionality and have been ignored by .gitignore, I believe they have been misindexed in git worktree and should be deleted.

.claude/sessions should be in .gitignore by default - confirmed bug. These contain session context that can leak sensitive data and are not relevant to the repo. The default template should include this exclusion.
