First release.

• Region capture from a hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+2, ⌘⇧2), the tray, or a second
  launch; one overlay per monitor.
• Editor: arrow, line, rectangle, ellipse, pen, highlighter, text, numbered
  steps, blur; undo and redo; copy, save, save as.
• Settings: after-capture action, close on copy or save, save folder,
  file-name pattern with date, size, random and counter tokens, shortcut,
  launch at login, notifications, Dock icon mode, automatic update checks.
• Self-updating from signed GitHub Releases; a tagged release builds macOS
  (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows and Linux.
• macOS: recovers a missing or stale Screen Recording grant around the one
  toggle the system reserves for the user; offers to move itself into
  /Applications; runs as a menu-bar app.

macOS builds are signed with an Apple Development certificate and not notarised: open the app once with right-click, Open. Installed copies update themselves from this feed.
