muxr 0.2.14
muxr 0.2.14
Changes for app version 0.2.14 — Images in chat, and a quicker attach
Since 0.2.13: pictures in a chat open full screen, a pane opens faster, and an old Herdr is called out plainly.
Channel: stable. Source: 1f21324.
Added
- Images in chat — Pictures in the chat show inline. Tap one to open it full screen.
- Old Herdr warning — If the computer runs an out-of-date Herdr, including an old one still running, the host log and Home now say so plainly.
Fixed
- Faster pane attach — A pane attaches sooner when you open it.
- Scroll-back on the narrowest phones — Scrolling back in a full-screen agent pane on a narrow screen now walks the history the phone already holds.
- Workspace names — A workspace shows its Herdr label on the phone, and a worker now names only its own pane or tab.
Verification
- Not run · Checks — Not accepted on a device.
Known limits

muxr 0.2.13-nightly.35.1
Changes for app version 0.2.13 — Truer account chips, and sending you can see
Since 0.2.12: each pane shows the account it is really running on, a sent prompt says so, and cloud computers are reached over SSH.
Channel: nightly. Source: ea3db05.
Added
- Sending feedback — A prompt says Sending, then Sent, and reaches the pane sooner. If it does not go, it says Not sent and offers a retry.
- Chat follows the app theme — The chat view now uses the light or dark theme you picked for the app.
- Linux desktop first — The Linux desktop app is now the first desktop option, with desklink 0.5.10.
- Cloud computers over SSH — A new cloud computer is reached over SSH. It is never joined to a tailnet.
Fixed
- Account chip and Out of room banner — Each pane's account chip and Out of room banner now name the account that pane's own process runs on, not the computer's default.
- Android scroll-back — Scrolling back in a terminal on Android keeps every row.
Verification
- Not run · Checks — Not accepted on a device.
Known limits
- Update phone and computer together: the account fix lives in the computer's muxr host.
Release candidate; not production. A successful build is not device acceptance.

muxr 0.2.12
Changes for app version 0.2.12 — Cloud computers join your tailnet, and roomier keys
Since 0.2.11: a new cloud computer opens its Tailscale sign-in page for you, and the terminal keys are easier to hit.
Channel: stable. Source: dcacd13.
Added
- Cloud computer joins your tailnet — When a new cloud computer is ready, the phone opens its Tailscale sign-in page by itself. Approve it there and the computer joins your tailnet. Sign in to Tailscale stays on the step if you want to open the page again.
Fixed
- Terminal keys — Every key is a 48 dp target with space between them, so Ctrl and Shift are no longer tapped by mistake. A row wider than the screen scrolls.
- Quick-actions button — The button that opens the radial menu has its own 48 dp target and clear space from the tabs.

muxr 0.2.11
Changes for app version 0.2.11 — A chat view for your agents, and a simpler way around
Since 0.2.10: Claude and Pi agents can be read as a chat, panes switch from one full-height sheet, and adding a Claude account no longer hangs.
Channel: stable. Source: ab4355d.
Added
- Chat view — Open a Claude or Pi agent as a chat and switch back to the terminal when you want it. Tool steps show what they touched, with icons, and fold away until you open them.
- Pane switcher — Every pane in one full-height sheet, with a live card for each.
- Computers in the pane menu — See your computers and add another from one entry in the pane menu.
- Moving a Claude account — A Claude agent can move to another account of yours, and the move is reported as done once it is.
- One look for choices — Alerts and choices open in the same sheet on Android and on the web.
Fixed
- Claude pane scrolling — The history of a Claude pane scrolls smoothly under your finger.
- Agent header on a narrow screen — A long task name no longer pushes the header buttons out of reach at 390 dp and narrower.
- Adding a Claude account — The sign-in tab closes once you are signed in, so adding an account ends on the account added screen instead of hanging.
- Screen sharing — When the computer's screen-sharing portal runs without the right service, the phone tells you to restart screen sharing.

muxr 0.2.9
Changes for app version 0.2.9 — A second host no longer replaces the first
Since 0.2.8: opening Usage can no longer start a second host that replaces the one you are using, and muxr up fails loudly when it runs out of restarts.
Channel: stable. Source: 3b8321f.
Added
- Clear failure when the host cannot restart — When the host runs out of restarts, muxr up now exits with an error instead of quietly stopping.
Fixed
- Host drop-off — A second host no longer replaces the first, so the phone stops losing its computer after you open Usage.

muxr 0.2.8
muxr 0.2.8
Changes for app version 0.2.8 — Steadier Claude scrolling, right pane names, a lighter host
Since 0.2.7: Claude panes scroll under your finger, panes carry their Herdr tab names, and the host stops reading every agent log for the Usage screen.
Channel: stable. Source: 8a7cd48.
Added
- Instant Latest in Claude panes — Latest in a fullscreen Claude pane lands on the newest line at once and follows new output from there.
Fixed
- Claude pane scroll — A fullscreen Claude pane now scrolls with your finger, stops when you lift it, and no longer follows new output while you scroll.
- Pane names — A pane is named by its Herdr tab label, as Herdr's sidebar shows it, with the agent and its state under it. A restart no longer renames every Claude pane after its last chat topic.
- Cloud computer sign-in — While setting up a cloud computer, its sign-in page opens from the phone while it waits, and a stalled sign-in retries after ten minutes.
- Usage report memory — The computer counts usage only while the Usage screen is open, one run at a time, at low priority and off the main loop, with a 1 GB memory cap. Other screens no longer say the computer is busy after you open Usage, and the Pi tab finishes counting.

Since 0.2.5: continue an agent on another computer, set up a cloud computer from the phone, and see whether each computer is healthy or busy.
Channel: stable. Source: e490c27.
Added
- Continue an agent elsewhere — Pick another computer and the agent carries on there.
- Set up a cloud computer — The phone sets up a cloud computer for you, and a retry never makes a second one.
- Healthy or Busy on Home — Home says whether each computer is healthy or busy.
Fixed

- Home knows when you are offline — Home judges offline by whether the computer can really be reached.
