Improvements

• a Settings ▸ Interface toggle for the per-workspace add-session + (the glyph revealed on hovering a workspace row), so it can be hidden like the other chrome elements #252 @umputun
• idle auto-follow now shows each waiting block once instead of repeatedly pulling you back to the same blocked session; a session re-arms only when it leaves blocked and blocks again #251 @umputun
• an opt-in --no-select flag on agtermctl session new that creates a session in the background without selecting or focusing it, leaving the current selection and focus in place #250 @umputun
• open -a agterm <path> (or Finder's Open With ▸ agterm on a folder) adds a terminal session in that directory to the last-active window while agterm is running #244 @umputun

Bug Fixes

• custom-command key chords now fire from a window that has drained to zero sessions (for example after an SSH session disconnects) instead of going dead #249 @umputun
