Bug Fixes

• window new replied before its window had attached, so an immediate window resize on the returned id failed with window not open #294 @umputun
• window list served a stale cache that never refreshed once a window attached, so a newly created window reported no geometry indefinitely #294 @umputun
• minimizing the frontmost window left it marked frontmost, so tree, session new, quick, and the palette kept routing into a window sitting in the Dock #294 @umputun
• window select reported success without taking frontmost while the app was inactive, which is the state a driving script runs in #294 @umputun
