Do CLI flags work when invoking ralphex via the Claude Code /ralphex slash command?

Hi! 👋

I'm using ralphex through the Claude Code plugin and wanted to clarify the flag
support story.

The docs describe the slash command as:

▎ "Launch and monitor ralphex execution with interactive mode/plan selection"

…with an example like:
/ralphex docs/plans/auth.md

The standalone CLI exposes a rich set of flags (--review, --worktree,
--tasks-only, --max-iterations, --external-only, etc.), but it's not clear from
the docs whether any of these are forwarded when used via the plugin.

Questions:

1. Can flags be passed directly to /ralphex, e.g. /ralphex --review
   docs/plans/auth.md or /ralphex docs/plans/auth.md --worktree?
2. If yes — is the full CLI flag set supported, or only a subset? Could the docs
   list which ones?
3. If no — is flag passthrough on the roadmap, or is the intended workflow to
   drop to the terminal CLI whenever a flag is needed?
4. Is there a way to set persistent defaults (e.g. always run with --worktree)
   for the plugin invocation?

A short note in the docs covering this would be really helpful — right now it's
ambiguous whether the slash command is a thin wrapper over the CLI or a
deliberately simplified surface.
