python-ipware 4.1.1

Patch release for the modern engine. The legacy engine is unchanged.

• An oversized numeric port is rejected instead of failing the request. Zero-padded ports such as 000080 are still accepted.
• An IPv6 zone id longer than 255 characters is rejected.
